This organization encompassed about 77 square miles and wanted to become a new Florida municipality. We reviewed, edited, and created eleven of the sections of the state required financial feasibility study.
UMSG provided various levels of service through an incremental approach. Services began by providing a Town Manager, Town Clerk, and financial services. Services expanded to include additional clerical staff, permitting technician, code enforcement, finance clerk, technology staff, and transition from outsourced services from UMSG to internal staffing.
